Midwest Lindy Fest was for many years the reigning champion of Lindy Hop events in the midwest region.
In 2018, I was asked to help with the social media marketing after years of attending and volunteering with the organization. I was given free reign to be goofy with it, and it was surprisingly successful. I did not create the branding materials, but the images created using some of them below allowed me to also be more serious when the occasion called. Midwest Lindy Fest rebranded as a smaller event, the Minnehop, in 2024 after essentially closing due to COVID-19. The event only occurred once, but they did have me help them for a few posts.
